Job Summary
Unimotor is a Division of Four Seasons Temperature Control Division within the Standard Motor Products family of Companies. They are a supplier of HVAC & radiator cooling products to OES, OEM and automotive aftermarket customers.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general support to the HR department
- Maintain personnel files; both electronic and physical files
- Support the Recruitment Process
- Tracking and scheduling of training
- Prepare memos and other internal communications
- Assist with special projects
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required
- Assist in managing WSIB claims
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people and information in a sensitive and confidential manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,500.00-$46,000.00 per year
