Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resources Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all or part of these areas:
employment and compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting;- employee orientation, development, and training;
- policy development and documentation;
- employee relations;
- company-wide committee facilitation;
- company employee communication;
- compensation and benefits administration;
- employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
- employee services and counseling.
- organizational and space planning;
- recruiting and staffing logistics;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Human Resources, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience. CHRP desirable.- Three years of progressive experience in Human Resource position
- Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, and manages competing
- Quality control – the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Strong planning and organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent English (read/write/spoken), Chinese is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:- Works in an office setting
