Job Description

HR Advisor (Ottawa, ON) - 12 Month Full-Time Term


Multiview is seeking a HR Advisor to join our team based in the Ottawa office. This role will help maintain Multiview as an employer of choice by providing generalist support to all employees in Canada and the US. This is a 12-month full-time term position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

In this role, HR Advisor responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player who is an excellent communicator, a self-starter, and someone with experience working in a complex and multi-dimensional business. The successful candidate will have experience being responsible for different HR tasks and projects to meet the demands of a fast-paced growing company while exercising discretion, maintaining confidentiality, a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.


The ideal candidate for this role will have direct working experience with or be knowledgeable about all aspects of the human resources function.


As Multiview continues to grow, the HR team is evolving. This is a 12-month full-time role with the potential for a permanent appointment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


As the lead in the HR team for attracting new talent to the company, you will support our headcount growth through the sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of new talent.
