Salary: $50,000 - $53,000 + Benefits

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources this is an opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their experience and build upon their HR skills working within a small and collaborative team.
Initial Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding/orientation sessions for all new employees
- Participate in the research and development of new policies, procedures and programs
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads (internal & external), identifying qualified candidates and conducting pre-screening interviews
- Coordinate and conduct company-wide HR training sessions
- Produce metrics and submit reports on HR activities
- Conduct audits to measure the success of HR programs and recommend corrective action
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage employee records, upload documents and run reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree/certificate
- Minimum 2 or more years’ experience working within an HR department
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Good organizational, research, analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Docs
- CHRP designation considered an asset, but not essential
