The Supervisor position is responsible to assist in all day to day operations associated with Golf, Including but not limited to overall guest/employee satisfaction, guest/employee safety. Assist the Director, Golf Operation on pricing, system functionality and business aspects of the operations.
WAGE- $20.09
Seasonal- Full Time
WHAT WILL I BR DOING?
- Assist with on-boarding new employees, continues training and evaluating performance
- Assist the Director, Golf & Winter Activities in pricing, system functionality and business aspects of the operations.
- Assist with coordinating of staff to include hiring, scheduling, uniforms, rewards & recognitions, performance reviews and corrective coaching.
- Work alongside staff in all areas of the operation
- Handle customer service shortfalls and service recovery in coordination with the Assistant Manager,
- Daily assessment of the operations to determine opening/closing, delays of regularly scheduled operating hours.
- Addresses scheduling issues and assists with facilitating regular staff meetings.
- Responsible to provide all staff with the tools that they require to complete the job and/or task expected of them.
- Monitor employee and customer interaction and making sure they meet our departmental standards.
- Ensuring that all Supervisor/Team Leaders fully understand what you expect of them and that everyone is working together to achieve the same standard.
- That they can keep the same standard when the Assistant Manager is absent.
WHAT DO YOU NEED OF ME?
- Prior Golf experience is an asset
- Must have leader qualities and able to lead diverse teams of employees.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills required.
- Must have effective time management skills and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills; experience working with POS, Windows, Excel, Word.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must hold a valid G driver's license or equivalent
