As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will be responsible for converting trial signups into loyal, happy customers. You will create integrated marketing programs that leverage email, in-app messages, and SMS, to educate, encourage, and support users throughout their journey. You'll work with a talented team of designers, copywriters, and developers to build best-in-class campaigns that drive self-service touchpoints that lead to "aha" moments. In this role you will:
- Own the full customer lifecycle strategy, bringing it to life through multi-channel campaigns, leveraging various automation and marketing platforms
- Partner closely with internal teams to leverage marketing automation to support organizational priorities
- Generate cross-organizational excitement for, and alignment on, lifecycle efforts
- Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness and KPI impact
- Continually seek out new opportunities to move the needle against primary KPIs
- Leverage customer insights to build personalized and impactful campaigns
You are an experienced marketer ready to bring your expertise and ambitions to a mission driven organization. Your lifecycle campaigns will touch hundreds of thousands of customers, and help make it easier for hourly teams to work better together. You see ambiguity as an opportunity to create and innovate and lean into a high impact position. You like to roll up your sleeves and dig into data and systems. You never run out of ideas, and can build for the now, while planning for the future. - 5+ years working in a data-driven marketing environment
- Experience building lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive conversion and retention across multiple segments
- Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns using a multi-channel strategy
- Analytical with a proven ability to leverage data and uncover opportunities
- Proven ability to execute and report on targeted e-mail, in-app messaging, and/or push notification A/B tests
- Hands-on email marketing software experience
- Strong team player who is able to lead and execute projects from conception to completion
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience leveraging marketing automation to make a meaningful impact on sales team effectiveness
- Experience at a PLG organization
