JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
LOCATION: City Centre Park located at 1097 Langford Parkway
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Facility Operator
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
HOURS: Weekend and evening hours may be required
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing marketing plans for all facilities at City Centre Park, as well as helping to design packages, and assist with sales. The Marketing Coordinator will also be asked to support the management team as needed in the City Centre Grille and with events park wide.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying marketing opportunities and creating marketing plans
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and potential customers
- Managing social media campaigns
- Assist with website updates for multiple sites
- Representing company in trade shows, attending local mixers and networking
- Assisting to build and promote pricing, packages and specials
- Liaising with news, radio, magazine and other advertising media
- Graphic design
- Administering digital screens
- Assist with events at City Centre Grille and park-wide
- Assist with other duties as assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing and sales experience and/or education
- Criminal Record Check
- Drivers license
