Devry Smith Frank LLP is an established, full-service law firm with over 70 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.
We are currently seeking a digital marketing coordinator who is passionate about digital marketing and can assist in building necessary design creativity while measuring the success of web projects and all of our digital initiatives. Your duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, therefore, exceptional skills are vital for this role.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity to all aspects of this job; someone who is a go-getter and flexible and enjoys an environment where not every day is the same; someone who can make a real impact on our marketing efforts and to help us with new ideas and technologies. Constant interaction with our lawyers is needed, so suitable candidate must be outgoing, well-spoken, proactive and possess excellent presentation skills.
1. Writing and editing content for our social media handles and applying necessary SEO for the website in terms of blogs, lawyer bios, practice area info and more.
2. Preparing content for brochures, newsletters and print material for promotional use and stacking them around the office for client’s review.
3. Develop and implement advertising/marketing campaigns for the firm and monitor its progress.
4. Creating digital ads for our services on various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google PPC and reporting KPIs for the same.
5. Working on regular website updates like integrations, traffic monitoring, detecting and correcting errors, site migration for past and current projects, monitoring web and backend analytics, PDF uploads, media updates, creating pages and profiles etc.
6. Managing marketing needs in the form of both digital and print formats from other locations.
7. Co-ordinating legal blogs by training law students in SEO and helping them to understand our standard style/format of writing.
8. Co-ordinating seminars/webinars and special events for internal and external audiences with detailed targeting based on the topic of discussion or presentation.
9. Create e-mail campaign content for general or specific announcements regarding the firm which includes e-blasts for new lawyers, quarterly newsletters and seminar invitations.
10. Assisting with our CRM platform and monitoring the company’s general queries email redirecting queries to lawyers or law clerks for further client assistance.
11. Responsible for working with our lawyers on regular basis and establishing their marketing plans for digital advertising in order to promote specific practice area or the firm in general
Skills:
· E-marketing platforms (MailChimp);
· WordPress CMS;
· Hootsuite;
· Google Ads;
· Google Analytics and Google Search Console;
· Adobe Suite.
Requirements:
· Strong project management skills, strong written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills;
· 2-3 years of experience in the marketing field;
· Experience with WordPress is a must;
· Experience with Google Ads;
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset;
· Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset;
· Knowledge of Adobe Suite is an asset.
