Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join one of the top fundraising teams in Canada as we advance our mission To Conquer Cancer in Our Lifetime.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, Leadership, Major & Estate Giving, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of all our marketing related activities for the above noted groups and also assist in the execution of direct marketing campaigns for Leadership Giving. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day agency relationships as well as marketing requests from brief to execution. If you have exceptional communication skills and excel at project coordination, this role is for you.

Duties
- Coordinate marketing projects in Asana, acting as the main liaison between three teams (Leadership, Major Gifts and Estate Giving) and the Creative Department
- Prepare and present marketing briefs to the Creative Department as needed to support various marketing initiatives
- Manage day-to-day relationships with the Creative Department, our agency and any additional third-party vendors as required
- Play a key role in supporting the Marketing Director across various direct marketing campaigns
- Update donor constituencies, info and coding within the CRM system
- Manage coordination of webinars between cross functional departments
Qualifications
- University degree, college diploma or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Advertising or Fundraising
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working at an agency or client-side, with demonstrated client service experience
- Experience working in development/execution of creative assets
- Experience with development and detailed oversight of work back schedules, management of status reports, budget tracking, etc.
- Experience using Asana and CRM tools a strong asset
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive, engaged self-starter who is driven to learn and works collaboratively while also being comfortable initiating projects and working autonomously
