MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
All staff must maintain an understanding and observance of practice standard operating procedures. Aside from the clinical competencies, the candidate selected must be able to effectively work collaboratively in this team environment. With challenging opportunities and space for career growth, RD Psychotherapy puts a priority on building team cohesion to meet our strategic goals.
In order to be considered eligible for an interview, applicants must be registered with the CMTO and be in good standing. Transcripts and academic or professional references may also be requested. A criminal background check will be mandatory. Acquiring liability insurance will also be necessary.
POSITION
The RMT is a contracted position available for part-time or full time hours. Given the financial investments and compensations made by the practice, the contract is a 50/50 fee split. Presently, the practice operates in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday from 09:00 until 20:00 and Fridays from 09:00 until 17:00. We are also open the first Saturday of every month from 10:00 to 14:00. However, additional hours are available upon increasing demands from clients.
SCHEDULE
The RMT position is available for part-time or full time flexible hours (20 - 40 hours per week). Presently, the practice operates in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09:00 until 20:00 and Fridays from 09:00 until 17:00. We are also open the first Saturday of every month from 10:00 to 14:00. However, additional hours are available upon increasing demands from clients.
