Full Time Position in a busy Family Physicians office.
As a licensed practical nurse, you will be critical in the ability to provide outstanding care. You will contribute to the overall wellbeing and quality of individual patients in the community. This position will require a great deal of responsibility, and excellent oral and written communication. The ability to work on your own and also in a team environment. Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses and provide treatment, order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, gather health histories, perform physical examinations and develop and implement treatment plans. Document all patient communications, notify physician in charge about uncommon or unpredicted problems, effectively communicate with diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients and families.
