Administrator
Bask Pro Inc is an Ontario-based Insulation-Drywall-Painting company serving Muskoka, Haliburton, Dysart et al, Lake of Bays, Parry Sound and Surrounding areas. We are currently looking for a full-time Financial Analyst/Administrator to join our team responsible for:
Administration
- AR/AP - sending periodic Statement of Accounts, follow-up calls, cheque pick-up and deposits, cheque issuances and bank transfers.
- Providing operational support to ensure that crews are well equipped with adequate tool & supplies, materials, trucks and equipment they would need to perform assigned task daily.
- Administer policies and procedures related to requests and releases of materials, tools & supplies, maintenance of equipment.
- Administer policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
Management support
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings of the General Manager.
- Manage communication with clients with regards to inquiries about insulation and drywall needs, job status, accounts or payment status.
- Coordinate and schedule clients site visits and update Estimate List from inquiry to conversion to Sales.
Skills:
- Experience in QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook, Excel, SharePoint
- Possess at least G2 driving license
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision,
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented
- Experience in construction an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
