Office Administrator

Position Overview:
As an Office Administrator at Extra Ed, you will play a vital role in the functioning of our organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our office and support the various programs we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- The main point of contact for parents, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and communicating program updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex or recurring issues, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
- Continuously improve the customer service processes, contributing to a positive work environment.
Administration:
- Assist in coordinating program registrations, scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of program participants, invoices, payments, assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, apply for permits and manage insurance documentation.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members and instructors.
- Ensure accurate data entry, regularly update databases, maintain data integrity, efficiently organize data, collaborate with others to resolve discrepancies, adhere to guidelines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for education, empowerment, and making a positive impact on the lives of young minds.
