We are looking for an outgoing, efficient, and motivated individual to manage the daily front end operations of a professional audiology clinic, while putting kindness and outstanding customer service as the top priority.
Daily tasks include:
- bookkeeping,
- reception,
- booking appointments,
- managing inventory,
- processing sales,
- invoicing customers,
- general administrative duties,
- as well as cleaning and checking hearing aids.
Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks, as well as exceptional organizational, communication and computer skills are an asset. Training will be provided for dealing with hearing aids and it is expected that you will already have training and experience in the other areas. Hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The clinic is located in Saanichton.
