We are a local real estate company here in Halifax, we pride ourselves on supporting local businesses and fostering a vibrant work environment. Our team consists of 20-30 realtors and 1 dedicated office admin, all working together as a close-knit family.
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team and provide valuable support. As a team member, you would play a vital role in various responsibilities, including phone reception, inputting real estate listings, handling MLS listing edits, price changes, and photo uploads. Additionally, your creative flair in graphic design would come in handy for creating feature sheets, booklets, flyers, and sold cards. Your contribution will also include ordering office supplies, assisting with new agent orientations, and reviewing agent paperwork to ensure compliance.
If you possess experience in graphic design and technical skills with computers and software, that would be a valuable bonus. We value a friendly and welcoming personality, as we believe in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
