Job Description
Office Management:
- As a central point of office operation, maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, e.g., office staff, business partners, Vendors, Contractors, financial institutions, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), consultants, etc.
- Responsible for daily office operations, e.g., office reception, business correspondence, meetings and minutes, office supplies and repairs, travel arrangements, etc.
- liaison for technology and IT-related matters and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- bookkeeping, business documentation, filings, insurance, etc.
Operational Support:
- Assist in accounts payable, and operating expenses management.
- Support human resource administration, e.g., hiring, onboarding, and orientations.
- Assist in land development, construction management, and asset management.
- Assist in marketing and sales activities, such as company website and sales brochures.
- Assist executive and management with various tasks and errands as assigned.
Value-added Learning:
- Contribute to the success of the team by receiving on-the-job training.
- Constantly improving knowledge and skills in all aspects of real estate investment, land development, and building construction, e.g., business management, project management, law and litigation, accounting and finance, and construction technologies.
Grow Opportunity: The candidate is expected to grow into an office manager or Proper Manager.
Requirement:
- Work Experience: have at least one year of experience in an accounting role. This should include familiarity with standard accounting principles, maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers, and preparing and analyzing budgets.
- Booking Keeping: Candidates should be proficient in QuickBooks Online, with the ability to manage all regular transactions and perform account reconciliations. Experience in managing vendor databases, generating financial reports, and performing account audits using QuickBooks Online will be considered an advantage.
- Language Skills: good command of English, highly proficient in business communication
- Education: minimum two-year college program
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
