JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are to:
- Complete and maintain training schedule
- Communicate with clients and build relationships
- Coordinate & Schedule tasks and events
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on schedule
- Process back to base & New Sales orders in Hubspot
- Coordinate client payment and collection details with accounting team
- Send welcome email, provision accounts and advise clients of next steps
- Consult with clients, review and understand their current work process
- Work with clients to deliver implementation on time; follow up on to ensure client satisfaction and post online referrals
- Create email campaigns via Canva
- Leverage Hubspot for client communication
- Assist with tradeshow bookings & customer conference
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Previous experience with the procedures and processes of the Construction and Service industry
- Marketing experience would be an asset
- Strong planning and functional/ technical skills
- Able to be patient and maintain composure in situations
- Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
