SafeTracks GPS Canada Inc provides Electronic Monitored GPS Ankle Bracelets to individuals being released from incarceration across Canada. Our technology and solutions offers a compelling enhancement to public safety through increased capacity for enforcement of the conditions of the various forms of conditional releases which are an essential part of the Canadian justice system. At this time, SafeTracks is looking to expand our team to meet the demand of our services. We are looking for the perfect candidate. This operational position is very demanding and fast-paced as public safety is paramount. The following is a list of attributes that you MUST have to join the SafeTracks team. YOU NEED;
• Pass a Criminal Record Check
• Have the ability to communicate in a professional manner to all involved. (Police, Accused, Family)
• Have the ability to create & write emails that clarifies and articulates your relevant discussion points
• Be able to multitask, above average ability
• Maintain confidentiality as private information is disclosed
• Be able to handle stressful and emotionally charged situations
• Be able to work independently, but in a team environment
• Be able to work shifts which include, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• To be able to take calls when your on shift
• Be able to take on a task, complete it with due diligence and professionalism
• Be able to create and maintain appropriate documentation
