REMOTE - This job is remote or WFH but you have to live in British Columbia as that is where all of the rentals are. You have to be in the same time zone as the properties.

About Us: Trip Vacation Rentals is a leading vacation rental management company dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences to travellers from around the world. With our expanding portfolio of properties, we are seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are immaculate and ready for guest arrivals.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Analyze property performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and service providers, to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in vacation rental management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple properties and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in property management systems and relevant software.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the vacation rental industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 per year
