Job Description
We are looking to bring on motivated self-starters that are ready to grow with our fast-growing company and can work fulltime in our Toronto Office. As Sales Representative, you will be in charge of handling clients, with the goal of selling products, build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities and support business strategies and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build strong sustainable partnerships with clients and prospects
- Generate new business opportunities through all communication means including door-to-door, sales call and in-person meetings
- Meeting with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals.
- Sourcing and traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers.
- Work with internal support team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Sales experience in alarm security-focused industry is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to work independently.
- Superior customer service and professionalism
- Detail oriented and well organized and able to work well with both internal staff members and external parties
- Ability to pass criminal background check
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year + commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday
