This is a full time permanent role located at 605 Discovery Street, Victoria.
Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
- You will work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being
- You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services
- You will participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients
- You promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and community
- As part of an interdisciplinary pain program, you will provide assessment and treatment for clients with ongoing complaints of pain as a result of a work injury
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful
- You are a graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy
- You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia
- You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development
- Experience in working with clients to return to work who are experiencing ongoing complaints of pain
