We offer a variety of general dental services including orthodontics, Invisalign, TMJ muscle-related discomfort, sleep, and breathing disorders, advanced bite restoration, and implant restoration. We also offer Botox for cosmetic and therapeutic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Planning & Execution
- Work with the Practice Manager to help execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth.
- Help review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
Compliance & Patient Safety
- Ensure the clinic is fully compliant and meets the provincial health regulation standards.
- Lead by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority.
- Work in accordance with the practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation.
Leadership
Under the direction of the Practice Manager:
- Help coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
- Support action plans and help motivate the team to meet operational and company objectives.
- Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and help assess for best fit.
- Overlook the accounts receivable process
About You:
- University or College Diploma in business or office administration is preferred but not required
- 3-5 years experience in either a clinical setting, retail sales or customer service environment
- 1-2 years experience in a lead or, supervisory role preferably within a dental setting
- Strong business acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- A forward thinker to help continue building the business
- Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
- Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
