The Products and Services team is seeking a dynamic, innovative and strategic Take-to-Market Product Marketer to grow the business through the introduction of new solutions for consumers and the management of existing product lines for wireless and wireline.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the take-to-market management and launch of key products and initiatives. They will drive success through market knowledge, superior product positioning, and the creation of effective strategic marketing plans and implementation strategies to support flawless ‘new product introduction’ and execution. The Take-to-Market Product Marketer will also work closely with various partners across the company to bring products to market and to support strategic sales opportunities, maximizing the return on investment of our development efforts.
Develop go-to-market strategies for next generation products and services- Collaborate closely with Product teams throughout the product development phase to ensure the best customer experience, gather competitive insight and influence processes
- Create effective strategic marketing plans and implementation strategies, with a strong focus on business case development.
- Develop positioning, messaging and integrated marketing programs that effectively differentiate Bell by presenting better value.
- Drive demand, increase brand awareness and grow customer base.
- Able to be proactive and work collaboratively to understand the tailored needs of cross- functional partners of all levels in the organization in order to effectively manage product releases, enhancements and updates with cross functional groups.
- Responsible for creating and understanding business cases, as well as tracking return on investment.
- Develop marketing briefs and integrated communication plans.
- Ensure to the most positive customer experience –ordering, fulfillment, use, troubleshooting
- Understand and cross functionally lead the steps required to take product/service to market, effectively, efficiently and on time.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitors, and opportunities for product innovation.
University degree is required. A Masters in Business Administration would be an asset- Min 3-5 years of practical experience in product management and development or product marketing.
- Experience bringing products to market
- Experience in and passionate about technology.
- Advanced skills in developing and delivering presentations to executive teams.

- Strong analytical skill, and able to track return on investment.
- Able to create and understand business cases, and post mortems
- Strategic and forward thinking.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Intermediate experience in project management.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to work and lead cross functional teams.
- Evangelist of customer and frontline experiences.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
