Job: Program Coordinator, Transportation & Professional Services

Core Function:
In consultation with the Director of Community Support Services, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, promotion, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Transportation Services and Congregate Dining Programs.
The incumbent will also engage in business development activities within the Community Support Program in particular, the Community Kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Social Services, Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years job related experience, preferably in a community services setting
- Knowledge of Ontario’s regulations, Highway Traffic Act and standard of services
- Experience in business development within a social enterprise setting an asset
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage different audiences. Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self motivated and goal oriented, with ability to adapt to change
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Ontario Driving license and access to an automobile an asset
- Relevant satisfactory work performance
