We provide promotional Telus Smart Home protection systems (police, fire, medical, home automation) and Telus Telecommunication solutions at no cost to selected clients. If you are passionate about success and driven by results, we want you to join our exciting Sales and Marketing Team.
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in traveling across different locations in Toronto and Ontario with company provided vehicle
- To set visions and motivations for the team by performing an individual task on time
- To delegate responsibility and team members as well as complete all assigned tasks on the field.
- communicate the value of safety and Security to existing and prospective customers. Review customer requirements using a consultative approach
- Make a short product presentation with homeowners/renters and then let your team leader answer the questions and secure the deal for you.
- Advise clients and make recommendations about home automation and protection needs.
- Be knowledgeable about the products, services, and promotional campaigns being offered by presenting customized solutions to our clients.
- Identify customers' needs quickly by leading and executing effective strategies with confidence, ease, and precision.
- Build relationships with your colleagues to maintain a positive and innovative atmosphere as part of our Security and Mobility Team.
- Considerately make the customers aware of Alarmguard against potential competitors in each opportunity.
Compensation:
- Initially compensation will be based on performance in the Field and determined by the number of sales closed by your Team Leader.
- After your first 15 sales, you will be eligible for BONUSES and the positions of Field Trainer Yearly package ranging between $50k-$60k /year (base pay + commissions) once you are promoted to these roles.
- This program comes with an SOP which will be shared once on board
Requirements during the initial training period:
- Available to work from Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM-9:00 PM.
- Willing to travel to different locations of Toronto/ONT along with a team in the company's vehicle.
- Focused on achieving sales targets, operational efficiency, and superior customer service.
