Job Description

Here’s how you will make an impact:
- Produce and ensure the quality of various documentation (letters, presentations, tracking charts, time sheets, meeting minutes, etc.);
- Uphold the integrity of project planning data and resources, and contribute to the production of various project progress reports;
- Carry out monthly invoicing for various projects and follow up with internal accounting departments;
- Calculate project profitability using project tracking tools;
- Enter and maintain data in customer relationship management and project management systems (CRM, ERP);
- Support project managers in drafting proposed documents and contractual agreements, monitoring contract implementation and coordinating with subcontractors;
- Plan and coordinate meetings between various stakeholders involved in projects;
Provide support to business development teams (customer follow-up, portfolios, RFP, prequalification, proposals, etc.).
Qualifications
- College diploma in administration or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in administration or project management;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (knowledge of MS Project, an asset);
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
- Precision, analytical skills, tact, diplomacy, excellent customer service, and organizational skills;
- The ability to summarize and analyze information, listen, and adapt to the unexpected;
- Experience in architecture or engineering, an asset;
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
