LOCATION: Montreal (Hybrid)
SharkNinja is looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven EDI Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This customer-centric individual will have a blend of experience in project coordination, EDI messaging, customer support, and technical troubleshooting skills. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external partners in the pursuit of efficient flow of information through EDI transactions. The candidate will be a valuable member of a global team who exceeds customer service standards, drives projects forward, and brings ideas for improvement.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and proactively follow up on tasks done in collaboration with internal and external teams (Sales/CSR, Master data, IT ERP team, Retailers, 3PLs, 3rd party vendors)
- Provide production monitoring of data, error analysis, and serve as customer contact for questions on usage, functionality, and issues
- Work cross-functionally within the organization, in a team environment, to deliver quality, satisfaction, and resolutions to customers
- Understand EDI data mapping of various transaction/message sets in accordance with customer/supplier specifications
- Create and maintain effective system documentation
- Actively participate in self-improvement, process, and technology training programs
- Define and deliver against key EDI metrics (i.e. ASN)

- Strong communication skills in French and English both written and verbal
- Focused on the outcome for the team and company
- Successful track record of building EDI structure and driving continuous improvements through automation
Education and Experience:
- Preferred: College or university degree, preferably in Business, IT, or Supply Chain
- Preferred: Experience in project coordination or in an EDI coordinator role or similar
- Preferred: Experience working with major retailers would be an asset
- Preferred: Experience with the Dell Boomi platform would be an asset
