Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Startup Project Manager to oversee the successful launch and operation of two new locations in Burlington and Niagara within the food industry. As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing various aspects of the startup process, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the startup process for the new locations in Burlington and Niagara, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project milestones.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of all startup activities.
- Oversee the hiring and training of staff members, ensuring a skilled and motivated team capable of delivering high-quality service.
- Implement efficient operational processes and procedures to maximize productivity and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the food industry or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, empowering and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
- Knowledge of startup operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- A passion for the food industry and a customer-centric mindset.
Employment Details:
- Payment: $25 per hour, plus incentives.
- Work Schedule: Five days a week, seven hours per day.
- Locations: Niagara and Burlington (travel between the two locations is required).
