Join our world class team of diligent problem solvers, innovators, fresh thinkers, and communicators who excite and inspire others.Project ManagerThe successful applicant will oversee Stanley Automatic Door Installation projects and help coordinate and schedule with the Install Coordinator, ensuring they are completed within committed time frames.What You Will Do:
- Assist Install Coordinator to manage all Install Projects and act as a Project Manager on various installation jobs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing feedback and follow-up on status of projects.
- Work with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure efficient operations of the warehouse and inventory levels.
- Order material and supplies for installation jobs.
- Ensure job completion and billings are completed while following company guidelines and policy.
- Oversee and develop processes and tools to drive productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction that will maximize revenue.
- Create an environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction while meeting/exceeding region targets.
- Assist Management team with forecasting by communicating accurate schedules for upcoming months/quarter.
- Maintain branch safety records, including distribution and collection of safety deliverables required by company EHS personnel.
- Ensure that change-orders and add-ons are documented and are relayed to the Territory Managers or National Accounts Team as per set procedures, so that additional charges can be applied as required.
- Ensure that all required documentation, drawings and sign-offs are received so that the project can be properly closed-off.
What You Need to Succeed:- Post-Secondary Education in Business or Construction Trades or Diploma in a related carpentry, electrical, mechanical, industrial field.
- Five plus years in the construction related industry preferred.
- Prior experience in the automated door industry would be an asset.
- Strong People and Operation Management skills.
- Proven Project Management skills with technical, complex, and medium to large scale sized projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and strategic thinking skill
- Must be able to read basic blueprints
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer and communication skills with strong efficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- SAP Experience Preferred
