Job Description
Complete Care Restoration Services manages all types of restoration projects. We focus on making every project, regardless of size and scope, a fulfilling experience for ourselves and our customer. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing individual with a positive attitude. This challenging position requires a highly organized individual that involves meeting multiple often-converging deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
· Areas of accountability/responsibility are managing and overseeing all activities related to the planning and/or building of a project including estimating, scheduling, contract preparation, negotiation, and management of client needs and expectations.
· Create estimates/costing for projects that meet requirements, that are effective and efficient.
· Create job orders, invoicing and file management.
· Perform on-site inspections and identity deficiencies while providing recommendations and action plan. Manage the workflow of emergency service technicians, trades, and sub-contractors to mitigate and restore property damage claims.
· Communicating directly with adjusters, clients/homeowners, and sub-contractors regarding project status reports.
· Closely monitor targets by defining activities, sequences of events, dependencies and duration of tasks required to complete the project and to ensure customer service is being delivered.
· Establish excellent working relationships with all team members to ensure a high performance team and project success.
· Provide leadership and direction and assist in the investigation and resolution of issues that arise.
· Observe safety standards and participates in the Company’s efforts to provide a safe work environment. Attend regular safety meetings.
· Participate in training programs as required.
· Able to work flexible hours and On-Call.
Skills and Knowledge
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands and deadlines.
· Ability to utilize time management skills to prioritize and complete assignments in a manner that optimizes effectiveness and success.
· Exceptional client relationship skills.
· Knowledge of construction management processes, building products, regulations, and quality standards.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word, Outlook, and Xactimate.
· Competent in conflict and crisis management
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in a related field.
· Criminal Record Check, Valid Alberta Drivers License, Clean Abstract
· IICRC, First Aid, and Construction Tickets preferred.
