Job Description
As one of the oldest suppliers of processing, bottling and labeling equipment in North America, Criveller is recognized not only for high-quality equipment, but also for our technical expertise, design services and superior customer service.
Outlined are the following job responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the execution of all assigned projects and see through until completion
- Complete all AutoCAD/Inventor drawings for both Criveller locations in a time sensitive manner
- Assist with problem solving and implement ways to improve processes and policies
- Respond to all client inquiries within a 24 hour period in a professional manner
- Organize and file all documents pertaining to current and completed projects
- Enter information into digital project database and manage accordingly; all updates to projects must be recorded on a daily basis as they arise
- Assist overall production departments with compliance and regulations
- Assist with the overall safety of all employees and manager; leading by example and provide appropriate training to ensure employee safety
- Inform all customers (as required) of offloading instructions in a timely manner via phone or email and document accordingly
- Create a daily calendar of all tasks and important deadlines; monitor daily and share calendar with PM
- Consult with and gather information and material for all technicians and suppliers.
- Maintain a positive client and vendor relationship
- Adhere to all project goals and deadlines as discussed with client; work with Sales Team accordingly to ensure all information is accurate
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Carry out daily operation tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a technical team in a faced paced environment
- High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
- Exceptional knowledge with AutoCad and Inventor
- Proficient with all Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic components an asset
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field considered an asset
- Experience in beverage industry (wine, beer, spirits) considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License and Canadian Passport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
