About this team: The Global Packaging and Labelling team is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and producing end-to-end packaging and labels. We work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the business and partners throughout supply chain. We meet the needs of our product, guests, markets and channels in order to achieve our strategic priorities and business goals. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production ready and support successful product delivery.
A day in the life: The Packaging and Labelling Operations team project manages the end-to-end process of product and brand packaging and labelling deliverables for global markets. This includes identifying, managing and communicating risks and opportunities to Packaging Development, Design and Production teams and cross functional partners, to support in producing end-to-end packaging and labels.
Project manager is responsible for:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including creation of process and implementation plans, business requirements, delivery, and go-live dates
Partner with cross-functional packaging and labelling teams, subject matter experts, super users and other stakeholders to execute against initiative deliverables
Facilitate and lead workshops, and support in the delivery of regular project updates to initiative leader and other cross-functional partners
Responsible for effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects
Provide status reports for projects and resource
Collaborate with lululemon internal business partners and manage external vendors to effectively roll out the project
Manage risk assessment for project stakeholders and leaders
Design risk mitigation plan
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and SOP
Manage relationships with all stakeholders
Optimize improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Manage resource planning and coordinating team resource
Qualifications:
BBA, Bcomm, Diploma in Business or related field
PMP certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, mastery in Excel
Proficient with project management tools and software, Smartsheet preferred
Familiarity with PowerBI
Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross functional teams. Ability to create alignment and reach consensus
Knowledge of cycle management terminology and retail/product/ packaging development terminology an asset
Financial acumen and understanding of business math
Demonstrated ability in operational problem solving and process oriented thinking
Proficiency with data management. Demonstrated experience in design and management of project documents, including project charters, implementation plans and business requirements
Proficient in process design
Flexible hours to accommodate meetings with different time zones
