Service for Staff, Results for Residents! As a passionate people-person for cleanliness, restoration, and fine details, you'll be working with a team promoting OBE through service excellence. You'll be servicing Condominiums and Apartments, mastering Deep Carpet Cleaning Processes, Power Washing Garages, and Responding to Emergency Flooding and Mould Remediations!
Position Responsibilities:
- - Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Urgently respond to emergency scenarios, assess condition of scene, act upon any immediate dangers, isolating sources of hazards and water disasters.
- Perform necessary crews and teams using approved vendors and partnerships in equivalent, to restore a building.
- Preserve infrastructure by extracting water urgently, coordinating with on-site teammates and other tradesman, by coordinating and directing the appropriate commercial drying equipment and debriefing clients with safety hazards.
- Conduct moisture inspections with Infrared Technology.
- Coordinate Mould division Services and Remediations.
- Manage assigned equipment inventory including loading and unloading, cleaning, and reporting of deficiencies.
- Demonstrate and promote superior housekeeping standards.
- Conduct inspections for Condominiums and Apartment Buildings, providing solutions to client requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Delivery paramount email and mobile communication.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to stand, bend and kneel for sustained periods.
- Detail-oriented and hardworking.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment.
- IICRC Certification.
- Xactimate Experience is Mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
