You Are:
As a Project Manager, he/she will maintain active relationships with the Product Owner to understand business requirements, lead requirements gathering meetings, and reviews designs with the product owner.
The Opportunity :
- Leads efforts with Integration/User Interfaces
- Owns the backlog and coordinates with other teams as necessary for backlog grooming
- Develops and owns Program Increment list of features
- Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written
- Coordinate technical design reviews and code reviews
- Support teams on high-priority issues
- Responsible for delivery of application technology solutions and data information planning effort
- Owns the technical development environment and works on the Enterprise team
- Plan and implement projects
- Tailoring and applying program management and systems engineering processes
- Developing, managing, and defending cost and schedule
- Manage financials of the project and work towards improving EBITDA
- Understands and speaks technology (UI, Java, etc)
- Solve complex problems through your leadership in applying your project management, systems engineering, and people skills.
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Do proper Risk Management and Take things to closure by meeting the definition of done criteria

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
- Thirteen or more years of programming with supporting/interfacing with business stakeholders experience
- Multi-platform experience, and expert-level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Five or more years working in a technical manager role
- Experience in Designing, developing, and deploying data integration projects.
- Work experience in Agile (Scrum) development teams required
- Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
