Job Description
Building material supplier in Richmond Hill & Toronto is looking for a full-time Job receptionist who can join our team long-term.
Administrative Duties:
· Handle large volumes of incoming calls and take detailed messages.
· Answers and directs phone calls and ensures messages are delivered to the correct individuals
· Update and distribute customers telephone listings when necessary.
· Greets customers and visitors ensuring optimum customer service
· Maintain the housekeeping of the reception area
· Posting social media advertisements.
· Download the photos from the vendors website.
· Replying to email inquiries promptly
·Post the Photos to our web site
Requirements are as follows:
· Experienced in using the cash register system.
· Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
· Must be punctual
· Open to work additional hours as needed
· Be clear and careful in doing thing; work conscientiously and is responsible
· Can work under pressure
· Experienced using Facebook/Twitter/ Instagram and etc
· Skilled in using Office Word, Excel, and other software
· Good communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a bonus
· Have relevant customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
