Morrey Nissan of Coquitlam is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors warmly as soon as they enter the dealership ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Booking service appointments over the phone and directing the call to the correct department.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services, products, and promotions.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Process payments and issue receipts for services rendered.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer software and standard office equipment.
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
Previous experience in a similar role within the service industry.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
