The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, managing the front desk, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Register clients and assist those who require it with the interpretation of various forms in the waiting room
- Triage multiple files and prioritize daily tasks
- Receive payments from clients, record and update financial information in the system; basic accounting tasks
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders and confirm receipt of supplies
- Protect clients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting required changes
- Communicate accurate information to clients in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic activities
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience
- Medical reception, Hospitality, restaurant hostess or retail background/experience
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer service focus
- Very good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and good judgment
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Previous medical experience (asset)
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: $13.50-$14.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
