The Receptionist will work with the administrative team to support daily activities, provide exceptional customer communications, and positively promote our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional communication via phone, email, and in-person with customers/vendors.
- Responsible for cash balancing.
- Basic accounting and data entry.
- Accept other responsibilities as required to support the company’s business needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving in a variety of circumstances.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma.
- Previous employment in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Superb customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
- Good data entry and data management.
- Ability to work in a group environment.
- Background in basic accounting is an asset.
- Ability to learn and adapt to multiple data, information, and lookup systems.
Compensation Package:
- $22 per hour
