We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Representative to be a part of our customer-focused organization. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, is comfortable interacting with customers on a regular basis and is capable of working as part of a team. A successful candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, is passionate about serving customers and can solve problems quickly and accurately. Appropriate training is available for people just entering the work force.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions about our unique products.
- Provide assistance to customers with choosing the perfect gift.
- Be able to use a point of sale system, excel, word, messages and other basic computer knowledge.
- Receive products on a POS system, label and merchandise products effectively
- Multi task efficiently with customers as a priority and working stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: $14.75-$16.00 per hour
