Job Description
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Advisor. As an advisor at Canadian Children’s Art Foundation, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and developing policies to enhance our sales efforts. Your expertise will help shape our strategies and ensure the success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Attend a weekly meeting at CCAF to discuss sales and marketing objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
· Participate in the Sales and Marketing Committee meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improving sales effectiveness.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
· Develop and implement sales policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to establish sales targets, strategies, and action plans.
· Advise on pricing strategies, promotions, and other sales-related initiatives.
· Provide guidance on customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales advisory roles, preferably in a related industry.
· Strong knowledge of sales strategies, policies, and best practices.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and presentation abilities.
· Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market research.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
· Flexibility to attend weekly meetings at CCAF and Sales and Marketing Committee meetings.
