Job Description
L&M Taylor Soccer is a family run store that has been in business for over 30 years. We strive to be a staple in the soccer and rugby communities, offering just about everything for the fan or the player. We provide everything the player needs, from equipment such as shoes and shin guards, to apparel such as providing a whole team with uniforms.
Responsibilities of the Position
- Fitting customers for soccer boots
- Assisting customers with finding products
- Answering questions about products in the store (difference between shoes, how products fit, etc)
- Keeping the store clean (sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing windows)
- Putting out new stock in the store, replenishing low stock
- Assisting with heat pressing teamwear
- Delivering products to clubs/other retail location
Desired Skills and Experience
- Day shifts, Weekend availability
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Experience using a heat press an asset but not required
- Interest in soccer or rugby preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can carry up to 20lbs
- Eager and quick to learn, able to take directions to do certain tasks around the store, ability to multi task
- Great communication skills, excellent problem solving skills
- Valid drivers license
