Macro Truck Sales is a rapidly growing commercial equipment dealership, specializing in the sales, financing, leasing and rental of premium pre-owned trucks and trailers. Selling an average of 1000 equipment per year, Company is focused on providing best in class customer service and value to the clients.
We work with the major banks and sub-prime lenders across North America, along with our in-house financing, to provide various funding services to our client base.
An ideal candidate will have following responsibilities:
- Making calls to existing and new leads and convert potential leads into clients.
- Identifying potential customers by using prospecting tools, following leads from existing clients.
- Answer emails and phone calls while upholding high customer service standards.
- Co-ordinate with sales team about leads and provide reports to Management.
- Source and grow sales with new, high potential businesses by building strong, personal, and professional relationships with new and existing customers through pro-active prospecting and cold calling.
- Provide support to sales staff, through the creation and distribution of supporting sales documents.
- Participate and contribute to sales and marketing strategies, promotions, and events to drive future growth.
- Encourage revenue from all possible sources and geographical areas (from current and new customers)
- Respond to general inquiries such as status and stock of equipment inventory.
- Uphold strong communication, organization, and time management skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and all levels of staff.
Our ideal candidate will possess these qualities:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Services and Fast Paced work environment is must.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in automotive industry
- Past Trucking industry related experience will be considered as an asset
- Excellent Communication and Phone Skills
- Integrity and trust are a must have.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.
- Must present themselves in a professional and formal manner.
- Must be a team player and is highly organized with attention to details and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail)
Remuneration:
Base salary + uncapped performance-based bonus.
