Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Calgary, AB
Kathairos is currently seeking a sales administrator to join our sales and marketing department. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a full-time role that will support our North America-wide operations, based out of our Calgary office.
You will serve as a key point of contact for customer queries and provide integral support for our team of sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, has a passion for customer service and sales, and a desire to play an integral role in one of North America’s fastest growing clean tech firms. Roles and Responsibilities
Administrative oversight of Kathairos’ US and Canadian sales program, including but not limited to:
- Management and upkeep of customer account records and new and existing sales opportunities in and out of Salesforce
- Development of weekly and monthly sales reports and targets
- Strategic coordination of all incoming sales opportunities, proposals, MSA’s and contractual obligations
- Ensuring continuous communication between sales, operations and finance departments regarding customer orders, deliveries and invoices
- Overseeing customer pilot project timelines and processes
- Liaising with project management team for customer onboarding and deployment of equipment and personnel
- Coordinating customer compliance requirements alongside HSE team
- Management and assignment of new leads and acquisition opportunities to appropriate sales representative
- Follow-up and communication with new and existing customers
- Strategic coordination of sales team opportunities and travel for customer presentations, trade shows and beyond
Develop and deploy enhanced processes and procedures across divisions:
- Assist in the development and refinement of existing systems and tools, and administrative and operational processes as needed
- Communicate customer and field feedback internally
- Work across multiple divisions and departments in a timely and proficient manner
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software, Salesforce and Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment and industry
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles
- Certification in marketing, sales or relevant field is a plus
