The Opportunity

We are looking to expand our market domain through active campaigning and sales engagement. Our head office is in Richmond, BC, and we have operations in Calgary, Houston, Raleigh, New York, London, and Singapore.
The Executive Sales Assistant will work directly with the Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer to define and execute on micro-campaigns to broaden the ZEMA market base. Enterprise level sales are typically complex, long-term sales engagements. Part of the value position as ZE moves to expand market domain is to define specific solution sets that have a shorter sales and implementation cycle and immediately recognizable value proposition.
You will be expected to research market potential and identify opportunities for ZEMA sales building out support materials and campaign strategies to nurture opportunities. You will need to have the ability to understand the data related workings of various industries and communicate the technical details and capabilities of ZEMA to prospects. Working alongside our Go-to-market Group, you will receive training in ZEMA and our market offerings.

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our employees as safe as possible, we've transitioned to a hybrid schedule.You may be directed by the ZE management to report to Richmond office as per the business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Research markets, develop and execute on sales campaigns, coordinate and schedule sales meetings, demos, and presentations, both internally and externally.
- Assist sales executives and managers in managing and maintaining client relationships, lead generation
- Understand and be able to speak to enterprise data management within the context of trade, risk, finance and operations
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, and Customer Success, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for sales executives and managers.
- Support the sales team in managing the sales process, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and deal closure.
- Seek out domain specific channel partners that could help penetrate new markets
- Represent the company at industry events
Qualifications:
- Diploma or a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant, sales assistant, or similar role, preferably in the software industry with a proven record of assisting in inside/B2B sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent ability to work in a team environment and enjoys very fast paced work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
