Job Description
Zaber is looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to process orders and sales inquiries promptly and accurately. You'll coordinate with other Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, from initial inquiries through to delivery
Our personable and friendly team, which operates within a fast-paced environment, will train you in customer onboarding, order entry, providing quotes, and excellent customer service. You'll be able to develop your knowledge base thoroughly and be supported in making longer-term improvements to our processes.
Zaber designs and manufactures precision positioning devices and motion control systems for a variety of applications and you'll be an essential part of our supply chain. Your role will be critical to Zaber's success by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, shaping our reputation.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Receive purchase orders, prepare quotes, set up credit terms, and communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and work with our custom ERP system to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
- Resolve order-related issues and customer requests in a timely and effective manner
- Act as the liaison between Zaber and the customer, helping ensure we do as we say and say what we do.
You're the ideal Sales Operations Coordinator if you:
- Have experience in a sales, order-entry, or a customer onboarding role.
- Have an eye for improving and/or automating processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees.
- Can manage multiple technologies at a given time
Sales Operations Coordinator Wage:
- The starting wage for the role is $23 - $28/hour depending on experience.
