The B2B solutions are used worldwide by department stores, cafes, airports, hotels, hospitals, event locations, resorts, museums, and various other applications. Currently, we have opening for Sales Representative position.
Sales Representative
Job Description: The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new channel business in IT networking products. The Sales Representative will assist end users, installers and resellers in product of selection and pre-sales questions of our products line.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Recruiting and certifying new resellers and distributors.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls from end users, installers and resellers to drive sales revenue.
- Advises present or prospective customers of most suitable company products/solutions by answering incoming inquiries and responding via outbound calls or email
- Influences customers to buy or retain company products or service by following existing sales process and a list of prepared profiling and qualifying questions or script.
- Documents all profiling information, cross-selling results, marketing activities & transactions in CRM system
- Develop and manage your own geographic territory and target a list of defined prospects.
- Market full line of our products in a designated territory.
- Apply cold calling, phone prospecting, and face to face sales meetings and presentations to close new resellers account.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain daily or as needed contact with potential partners.
- Assist in the processing of orders and address any incoming sales calls.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience in sales/customer services in technology industry.
- Computer hardware/wireless networking/Telecommunication or a related technology-based industry would be an asset.
- Experiences in selling to the small and mid-size reseller channel.
- Must be strong prospecting /hunting; negotiating skills; and building relationship skills.
- Entry level of sales experience with a proven ability to achieve new business development revenue objectives.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- College/University Diploma in computer, electronics, networking will be an asset.
- Must be team player with initiative and good interpersonal & communications skill
- Outgoing, strong work ethic, self motivated.
- Results-oriented and desire for success
- Good hands-on experience with Microsoft Words and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – including great presentation skills.
- Excellent communications in English, French is an asset.
- Employment history reference check, criminal check and credit check will be required.
