Job Description
Hamilton Plastic systems is a manufacturer and distributor of automation equipment serving the plastics industry. We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time customer service and parts person to manage and look after our customer's requirements. The candidate must have the following qualifications and requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service when taking orders, and problem solving
- Interacting with suppliers effectively; placing and tracking urgent orders, updating pricing
- Ensure that materials for projects are ordered and received in a timely fashion
- Entering sales orders and quotes, filling POs, creating part numbers
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication both written and oral in English
- A technical background and knowledge of basic mechanical components
- Customer and Supplier friendly
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Word.
- Manage and process custom papers and shipping documents.
- Processing of credit cards
- Ability to work independently with great time management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
