Job Overview: We are in search of a skilled and committed Digital Sales Specialist to become part of our sales team. This position entails actively pursuing fresh sales prospects and finalizing agreements through various social media platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, exceptional written communication skills, and a knack for identifying and converting potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out and actively pursue sales opportunities on social media platforms and chat interfaces
- Manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying prospects and monitoring their progress throughout the sales process
- Effectively engage with potential clients using exceptional written English skills to communicate in a professional and persuasive manner
- Consistently achieve and exceed set sales targets by successfully closing deals
- Clearly and concisely communicate product benefits and deal terms to potential clients
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and overall performance
- Embrace feedback as an opportunity for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, ideally in a remote or online environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, grammar, and persuasive language
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- High level of self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of the digital marketplace, online sales techniques, and industry trends
