Pioneer and Execute Winning Sales Strategies: You'll take charge in formulating and implementing your personal sales strategies to fuel our business growth, ensuring our ambitious sales targets are not only met but surpassed.
Build Partnerships in the Construction World: You'll navigate the construction landscape, identifying and engaging potential clients such as developers, architects, contractors, and builders, and turning opportunities into fruitful partnerships.
Inspire through Presentations and Demos: You'll be the storyteller of Struktek's innovations, crafting compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the superior benefits of our sustainable building solutions.
Deliver Exceptional Service: As the point of contact for our clients, you'll excel in providing service that goes beyond expectations, addressing inquiries, allaying concerns, and ensuring they have all the information they need, when they need it.
Collaborate and Create: You'll join forces with our dedicated internal team, taking project requirements, and shaping them into personalized proposals and solutions that address the unique needs of each client.
Be an Industry Virtuoso: You'll keep your finger on the pulse of the construction industry, staying aware of trends, competition, and market dynamics to maintain our edge and influence your sales strategies.
Report and Inform: Your regular, accurate sales reports and forecasts will be instrumental in guiding our sales strategies and recognizing your personal achievements.
You are Perfect for This Role If:
You've enjoyed a successful journey in sales, ideally within the construction industry, or a related field. You possess a deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and building systems. You're a natural communicator and relationship builder, capable of articulating complex information in an engaging way. You have a knack for generating leads, closing sales deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You're driven, able to take initiative, and comfortable working both independently and within a team framework. You're proficient with CRM software and other sales tools, using them to effectively manage and track sales activities. You have a valid driver's license and are open to travel to engage clients in person.
