Job description:
- The Scrum Master supports the team and the Product Owner and helps them to communicate, solve problems and AI solutions
- Act as a gatekeeper of the agile approach by leading all agile ceremonies, removing impediments and shielding teams from external distractions.
- Scrum Masters are personal coaches for team members and innovators who constantly seek ways to improve herself/himself and the team
Responsibilities
- Guide the AI factory and lab teams and organization on how to use scrum & agile practices to build AI solutions. Oversee scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation
- Facilitates agile ceremonies n(e.g., daily scrums, demo, retrospective) a way that ensures full team engagement
- Support Product Owner and AI delivery lead on release planning and product backlog grooming
- Remove impediments (e.g., cultural barriers, logistic challenges)
- Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other
- Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside the team
- Shield the team from external interference and ensure the team is fully functional and productive
- Foster self-organization and growth within the team
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of punishment Report status on the project (weekly status report) and complete project documentation as per the Program Office mandate
Key Skills Requirement:
Domain expertise
- 2- 4 years of experience in leading agile teams in a AI, AA, BI context (5-7 years for Senior Scrum Masters).
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Previous experience as a developer (e.g., front end, back end), project manager or architect of AI, AA, BI solutions
- Previous experience as agile coach
- Confident and skilled at navigating the team through road-blocks to allow sprints to be completed on time
- Ability to coach team on agile practices and ensure adherence to agile methodology to deliver max business value on time

- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
- Able to resolve conflicts within the team before they become an issue – strong mediator
- Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the team’s potential
